Overall Patient Rating - September 2020
She seemed distracted. I had another more pressing near problem, needed that addressed first to continue my explanation, but she never addressed original problem.
Overall Patient Rating - August 2020
In general, it was difficult to understand her.
Overall Patient Rating - August 2020
*Dr. Wu was very good to explain things. If she, or I should say the medical field did not yet have answers to my questions re: LMND she said so.
Overall Patient Rating - July 2020
*Dr. Wu was excellent. She has a two stage program at first using an I-Pad to connect between offices. Very clever and effective I like it a lot. *Dr. Wu was very informative, caring and great about answering questions.
Overall Patient Rating - June 2020
*Dr. Wu is very kind and seems to listen yet is dismissive of my condition, not seeming to believe it exists or it is due to over use. When told information about condition she doesn't remember, her following statements demonstrate she was actually not listening.
Overall Patient Rating - March 2020
Very linear approach - not open to discussion of the range of possible _____. Communication very minimal, clipped.
Overall Patient Rating - February 2020
*Dr. Wu took extra time out of her schedule to meet with me and my family a second time. Everyone is so warm and compassionate.
Overall Patient Rating - November 2019
Everything was generally good, except the doctor did not fully listen to my description of symptoms. For example, about three minutes after I had described a particular symptom, the doctor asked about it - when I gave the same answer as I just had (and the same answer as from previous visits), she was surprised.
Overall Patient Rating - November 2019
She had a student doctor with her. She seemed more concerned about neurological standards than my care. She had no empathy or care for how sick I am. She raised an issue about my diagnosis. I am in a critical time of receiving social security disability... She deferred my questions about neck/ear pain and couldn't answer my question about IVIG dosage. She suggested tapering off. She reported several things incorrectly in my Neurological Note in Medical Record.
Overall Patient Rating - October 2019
After being told I have a life changing disease I got an "any questions" with little background information.
