Separation and Loss provides services for adults and children (aged 7-18) whose loved one has died as the result of a sudden, violent death by criminal act (homicide), including terrorism, suicide or other types of violent death. For more information, please call (206) 223-6398.

Social Services

Social workers assist patients in developing a plan for their care needs, using family and community assistance. They arrange for help in the home, identify community resources, help people apply for financial assistance and facilitate decision making about health care, appropriate living situations and other issues influenced by medical conditions.
