I would pay out of pocket for Dr. Kode if i had to. She is excellent.
March 2018
Dr Kode has been consistently friendly and approachable. There´s no sense that she´s the expert, so just listen to her. With some things, she leads me/allows me to find the best solution (go to bed earlier, get talk therapy, exercise more to reduce stress).
March 2018
Dr. Shubhada Kode is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She sincerely cares about her patients. I would def recommend her to anyone.
March 2018
Dr Kode does not have a good bed side manner. She comes off as a very insensitive, hard problem.
January 2018
Dr. Kode is absolutely the best I´ve ever seen.
January 2018
Dr. Kode is warm, helpful, confidence-inspiring.
November 2017
even though we only spend 15m together a few times a year, I always feel like she remembers who I am. but not in a glad-handing way. it´s a good way
August 2017
Dr. Kode is a gem!
July 2017
Dr. Kode is amazing. She has made my journey with my depression easier to live with. She taught me that depression does not have to define who I am. I would not be here today if it were not for her.
June 2017
Although Dr. Kode spent time with me during this visit due to following-up after a long period, I wish she could spend as much time as I would like during regular visits so I can address any/all concerns. Regular visits are about 15 minutes.
June 2017
Dr. Kode is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and she really listens to me and offers information based on my responses/info.
June 2017
I´ve been seeing my doctor for over 20 years. I guess that says something.
May 2017
Dr. Kode is helpful and stays on point.
May 2017
Very sensible and professional, came across as truly caring about me.
May 2017
Dr Kode has changed my life. I´ve seen mental health professions periodically over a 25-year period and she´s the only person who diagnosed and treated me in a way that has allowed me to live a normal life. I can´t say enough about how gratitude and respect I have for Dr Kode.
May 2017
I appreciate Dr Kode´s insight and concern for the challenging issues I have been facing. I left my last appointment w her feeling empowered and hopeful.
May 2017
Very good experience.
May 2017
Felt she just didn´t care!
January 2017
She remembers me and my issues while I am at her appointment and she is very understanding and sensible; provides great insight and advice.
January 2017
I´d clone Dr Kode (VM should too). I know I´m not the only person who thinks like this because I like many other of her patients will go to whatever clinic she´s at to see her. I see other patients doing the same thing / going to Bellevue or Issaquah or wherever..
December 2016
I really like my doctor, she is a little hard for my to follow sometimes, but she always makes sure I do if I tell her.
November 2016
informed me with very valuable information to further understand my problem or condition. Good at breaking down examples so that the patient will understand where she is coming from.
November 2016
This was the second appt. with this provider and although my condition is stable, she did not appear interested in getting to know me or understanding my history. The appt. was less than 10 min.
November 2016
Dr. Kode is both caring and considerate. Her knowledge, experience and her ability to listen have made a big impact on my personal health and well-being.
November 2016
A very good experience with Dr. Kode.
October 2016
I been to this dr. for 15 years now and Dr. Kode has been great! I´ve moved 2 1/2 hours away from the clinic but continue to see her because I know I´m in good hands.
September 2016
I recommend Dr. Kode for all that she has done for my husband and me. She has changed our lives for the better and we are grateful.
August 2016
I´ve met with Dr. Kode twice and I really like her. She´s thoughtful and took the time to listen to me. She used my responses to prescribe the right medication. That doesn´t always happen with a doctor. On my most recent visit, the clinic was behind, so it felt a little rushed.
August 2016
Dr. Kode has excellent knowledge of meds and their potential helpfulness and side effects.
August 2016
Always a pleasant person to see. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and talks to you like she´s part of your team. Very satisfied!
July 2016
Dr Kode is very good at knowing my issues/medical file when I sit down. I know I´m not her only patient, but for that 15 minutes, I´m the only person she seems to be thinking about. It´s nice.
July 2016
Dr Kode has changed my life by accurately diagnosing and treating me - a condition which none of the previous doctors over the past 20 years has failed to do. This is the first time since early in my life that I am living life clearly and congruently every minute of every day. I credit Dr Kode 100% for that.
July 2016
I love my Dr. Don´t ever attn. change.
June 2016
Dr. Kode has been very helpful during a difficult time.
June 2016
The ones that are a four are more my issues with understanding, than with the Dr.
June 2016
My current Doctors at VM know what they are doing and I will recommend them to anyone I know that may be dealing with similar issues.
May 2016
Dr.Kode is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. I can´t begin to explain her care and understanding. Gives her full attention and has actually called to check up on me. responds to emails within the same day. it finally feels like someone is actually listening to my issues and taking steps to help me. I am happier and healthier than I have ever been because of her care.
April 2016
Dr. Kode seems EXCELLENT!
March 2016
As mentioned before, I was quite pleased with the care I received. I have gone to Dr. Kode for awhile and I am quite comfortable with the quality of service and care. She never assumes that my medicine is fine. She always asks some probing questions to make sure that we are both satisfied with the results.
March 2016
Dr. Kode is very patient if I do not grasp right away what she is advising or if I mix it up. She softens her tone and starts again.
March 2016
Dr. Kode has been my Physician for almost five years. During this time she has become much more approachable. I used to be somewhat afraid of her in the beginning of our relationship.
March 2016
I felt processed and rushed. Here´s a new medication and go. I thought this type of professional in the mental health field would be more soft and approachable. The room is cold and uninviting. I thought we would talk more about how I was doing in a little more depth than just generalities. I don´t like taking RX meds but know I need to. So I´m taking a new one, and I know why but I felt rushed and didn´t get a compassionate feeling from her about this sensitive type of care. Patient comfort was missing.
