Rescheduling Your Appointment After the January Snow Event
- Virginia Mason is dedicated to providing you with access to your doctor, when you need to be seen. For this reason, we are offering additional appointments or extended hours at some of our clinics. This will make it easier to reschedule an appointment, if the January snow event kept you off the roads.
If you were hindered by the snow event and need to reschedule your appointment, please consider the following:
- Call (888) VM-CARES (888-862-2737) to reschedule your appointment. Our staff will be happy to work with you to choose a convenient appointment time.
- We hope to see all rescheduled patients in the next few weeks. However, even with additional appointments, we are dealing with an already full schedule. If we cannot get you an appointment by Feb. 3, we sincerely apologize and hope to hear your concerns and needs. We will secure an appointment with you as soon as possible.
