She was very considerate and professional.
Care provider called me on her day off to give me test results and further instructions. This was my first visit with Kim and I would have no problem in having her be my care provider.
I really liked Dr. Kim Matsumoto. She was attentive and thorough, she asked questions and engaged with me on a human level. She was kind and thoughtful. She was fast, too; got things going for me right away and made me feel like she heard me.
Kim is an excellent physician with a great career ahead of her.
Very nice dr.
really nice and informative
She dismissed my concern almost immediately because she said she couldn´t do anything for me and I´d have to make an appointment with a specialist. Infelt she could have at least attempted to help me in some way. I left feeling I had wasted both my time and money on this visit.
Kim was friendly, well-informed, and ready to consult on my problem and options.
Dealing with this person was similar to when you call a company for technical service and you know the person is just reading the "diagnosis" and possible solutions off a computer screen.
Very good experience.
Kim was fantastic. I had utter confidence in her recommendations and a week later, I am 100% well--was experiencing intense allergy issues including severe night-time coughing and voice loss which was impacting my sleep and work, so greatly appreciated relief within 48 hours and continued wellness.
Balancing between typing into the medical record and actively listening to the patient is tricky. While I was completely confident that the doctor heard everything I was saying, it´s still a little distracting to try to explain symptoms while someone is typing.
