Find a Doctor
I was inspired early in life about the importance of health. I found my passion and personal fulfillment working in clinical nutrition in the hospital and clinic settings. In college, I loved math and science and found my match while pursuing dietetics. My professional interests include nutrition coaching for people on their journey of health. I strive to listen to each person and include their family support.
I am most grateful for 27 years of being a dietitian and opportunities to learn, grow, and enjoy relationships with patients and colleagues. I am privileged to share that 20 of these amazing years have been with Virginia Mason Medical Center.
In my free time I enjoy having fun and spending time with my husband, two dogs, exercising, cooking and relaxing. I have traveled extensively through my life and have lived in Texas, Germany, California, Minnesota, Oregon and Washington.
