Very friendly but seems scattered
June 2018
Care provider was late and rushed.
May 2018
I had a question about the medication that was ordered so I called & spoke to someone in *Ms. Su´s office. My question was answered quickly. 5. Online.

I have seen ARNP´s in the past, and they have been great. I found Ms. Lu to not be very personable. She asked me the same questions that the nurse had asked me 15 min prior, and her face was glued on the computer screen nearly the entire discussion prior to the exam. I understand time efficiency, but if that were the case, then shouldn´t she have read the nurse´s notes and at least looked me in the eye to discuss the notes for the 1st few minutes of our meeting? If I didn´t have additional questions to discuss with a medical professional, then I´m sure that Ms. Lu would have been an excellent fit to just swab my throat to check for strep. I cannot recommend her to other future clients because I felt she was impersonal. I am spending at least $200 out-of-pocket for this appt, consequently, I want the assurance that I am seeing someone who cares about my wellbeing. I walked out of the appt feeling like I just wasted $. I am sorry this sounds harsh.

Dr. Su was amazing. I was in the midst of a meltdown and she showed so much care and concern over my condition that it made me want to cry more (but in a good way). She was prompt, professional, and listened to my concerns and thoughts and gave me actionable suggestions and advice and it was amazing. I so much appreciate her and her time.

I saw RNP "Su." She was great!. My primary dr. is Dr. Brian McDonald.
November 2017
Clear understanding of my symptoms. Proactive action taken to address my systems. Good follow up.
November 2017
I was very pleased with Jing Su´s professionalism & knowledge and caring.
October 2017
Extremely disappointed in our visit. Jing Su made no effort to communicate clearly and effectively with my mom. I asked her several times to slow down and speak up but she continued to fly through the visit with not much regard for my mother. I tried to get several questions answered but left there very frustrated. Because of this I´m trying to followup with my mom´s primary care physician to get my questions answered. Extremely disappointed and will not see her again.

August 2017
Jing Su is a very caring person and I am glad she will be my primary.
July 2017
Patronizing, condescending to the point of rudeness. She went on and on talking about some "contract" that I know nothing about and she didn´t bother to explain. I had other things I wanted to discuss but with the way I was treated by Ms. Su I decided not to bother. She has no "bedside manner."
June 2017
Jing Su was great. She listened to me and asked questions I did not think to ask. I will enjoy working with her.
June 2017
I felt she came in and starting typing out referrals to other departments, she hardly asked me any questions, just told me you need to see this person and make this appointment ect. Didn´t talk to me about my concerns, I had to bring up that my blood pressure was high and what should I do. It just felt like she was behind schedule and trying to catch up by rushing through my appointment.
May 2017
Jing Su was easy to talk with, very knowledgeable, and responsive to my questions. It was an overall delightful experience to get to know her. I feel confident continuing my primary care with her.
April 2017
