What I most appreciate about Dr. Lord is that he is a good listener, and used his knowledge to provide us (my husband & I) with the info we requested. He used highly technical language, & we were good w/that.
Was told information that a procedure was cancelled the moment I came into the exam room. Not kind, no concern or care of chronic pain/problem. Walked away w/no further information. So disappointed.
I drive from Pendleton OR to see Dr. Lord. I have total confidence in him. He has given me options in treatment, where others suggest surgery. I know I´m in good hands w/Dr. Lord.
This was the best meeting I´ve had with provider in several years. Usually only see intern or someone else.
Dr. Lord has helped me with a problem. He is an excellent clinician.
Have referred others to VM & Dr. Lord.
