Felt a little rushed with respect to Dr.´s session. But her diagnosis was different from all others I have come across before and I feel comfortable with what I heard. The time spent was sufficient to communicate the information necessary. Technician (Neal?) was excellent.

Both Dr. Park and Dr. Shagos have given the best eye care of my adult life. My eyes are a little complicated and they are the only one who explained anything and asked me questions.

On a professional and on a personal level Dr. Park is absolutely among the very finest doctors we have encountered. Her professional and interpersonal skills are superb, and in the two years we have work with her on my eye issues, we have learned to trust her absolutely.

I saw Dr. Park as a specialty referral from my regular eye doctor. At no point during the interaction with Dr. Park did I feel that she viewed me as a full human being; rather it felt like I was just a pair of eye balls. She even used my lap as a shelf for some of her equipment during the exam! I think using a table/tray would have been more respectful. During the majority of the visit, she had her back to me, typing away on the computer, with very little verbal interaction. I am seriously reconsidering future eye care with VM after this experience.

I respect Dr. Park´s vast knowledge of my eye problems, which sad to say, seem to be increasing with age. She isn´t quick to suggest surgery for my main issue but is giving me time to see if I can heal the problem on my own. In the meantime, she is monitoring my progress and keeping me informed. I think that is great!
January 2017
Dr. Park was exceptionally thorough, very informative, and very kind and knowledgeable. I had gone to other eye doctors for discomfort and never got the attention to detail and solutions that she gave me. Excellent!

I like Dr. Park very much. She explains everything so well and I feel very confident in her ability.
