No Weekend Work

Weekday Work: Oct. 11 to Oct. 15

  • We will continue work to reinstall the pedestrian island on Boren Avenue at Spring Street.
     
  • King County Metro plans to reinstall the bus stop on Boren at Seneca Street in the coming weeks; exact timing depends on Metro's schedule.
     
  • Trenching continues along Spring, between Terry Avenue and Ninth Avenue. A police officer is present at the intersection of Terry and Spring to assist pedestrians and traffic. Spring is scheduled to be open to vehicle traffic after Oct. 15. An exact date is yet to be determined.
     
  • Very few concrete pours remain. When they occur, Seneca and Boren will be limited to one lane in each direction for the duration of the pour.
     
  • Residents may hear an air horn on occasion to alert workers that a heavy load is about to be lifted across the construction site.
