We were disappointed to learn that this provider did not have appointments to help patients at the Federal Way Clinic. We did appreciate that he offered to help us find a provider that would be appropriate for our needs.
June 2017
Dr. Neal was excellent with my medical concerns, prescribing my medication and reviewed well the medications I was currently taking. Reviewed my medical history. Directed me with more medical care based on my medial insurance currently. DR. NEAL´S TIME SPENT WITH ME WAS WELL USED.

Dr. Neal is really good. He is stern with policies and procedures but is able to show compassion and empathy too.

Doctor appeared to be very quickly reading through my medical record as I was sitting down for the appointment and frequently had to go back to the record during the visit to review the cart. I did not feel that he had any idea who I was.
April 2017
Dr. Neal has always been courteous, interested in discussing all aspects of my condition, medication, and etc.

I saw Dr Hoiness for 8 years and really appreciated all the help he provided for me during that time. I was worried about moving to another Dr when Hoiness left and I couldn´t be more happy with Dr Neal. Thoughtful, great personality, you instantly know he cares about you as a patient and very easy to talk to.
January 2017
Dr. Neal is the best psychiatrist I´ve seen!
January 2017
I find Dr. Neal to be a highly competent provider who genuinely cares about me as a patient. His appointment slots are longer than they were for the previous doctor who filled his position, which I greatly appreciate.

Dr. Neal validated Mom´s concerns, listened, was patient when she was off topic and explained treatment well.

I´ve visited 3 different providers, only one that wasn´t compatible for my needs. I was very anxious and she was anxiety inducing and wasn´t too helpful. Switched providers and I am happy now.
