I was extremely impressed with Artem Aron professionalism, knowledge and communication
Dr. Aron was very helpful and has solved the problem.
I would like to have had a better idea of "what next" if the course of medication prescribed did not improve the hearing loss.
He was very curt and abusive w/my 3 year old son. Seems like he should not work w/kids.
Care provider spent enough time that he noticed I was clenching my teeth which was damaging my tongue and inside cheeks. He took a moment to address it and gave a good information source from the Internet to look at.
Artem Aron is the Best!
Not the first time I have seen alt. Seems to be somewhat condescending, but since he is the only ENT in ISS, I still see him.
This is the first time I feel my doctor (Dr. Aron) got a grip on my ENT problem.
This provider was slightly patronizing to me. His care was very good but his attitude was a little demeaning.
Very knowledgeable appreciated direct communication.
I like the directness of the PA. No nonsense, got to the point, explained everything in detail.
I like this doctor because he fixed a chronic nosebleed problem six months back and i´ve not had another nosebleed, i was getting them for maybe three hours straight prior. He´s got a funny personality once you get to know him. He had to scope my nasal passages and it wasnt painful
He was professional
He seemed fabulous compared to many American physicians. Business-like, yes. Competent, YES.
Dr. Aron was truly fantastic. Very patient, thorough, and was very responsive and informative in explaining the issue and the underlying physiology. Excellent provider!
I would like to thank Dr. Aron for his care and very good treatment.
Very thorough - friendly.
I felt very frustrated and even a little angry with this practitioner. Kind of a slam bam thank you m´am approach to an ongoing problem. Talked so fast and then the next thing I knew, I had a hose up my nose. I was uncomfortable watching the endoscopy, but was not asked or told I had no choice watching it. At the end of the appointment, I mentioned I was not sleeping well, and as we walked out of the room into a public area, he said I needed to lose weight. He would not listen to what I was saying (about recent weight loss) and kept hounding his point in instead of being encouraging. An "atta girl, keep up the good work" would have gone a long way with me.....not to mention he was saying this outside of the room in a very public hallway. I left feeling humiliated.
it´s always a pleasure to see Art. he´s very personable & thorough. I´m never in doubt about what is happening.
Somewhat arrogant - hard to get him to understand I am hours away from emergency care - But felt he knew his business well.
Mr. Aron is very professional, knowledgeable and inspired my confidence in his diagnosis suggestions.
Not as friendly as the other staff but thorough.
Art may be the best health care provider I´ve ever dealt with. I wish he was my primary care.
Confrontational, not friendly. Felt like he was selling me things, not listening.
little short on some of the replys but took time to explain
He was way too rough & painful.
