Dr. Ngo is a very caring and kind Dr. :o)
he seemed impatient and checkled his watch a couple of times
Dr. Ngo knows best!!
Dr. Ngo is great. treats you like he really cares about not just your health but you as a person!
I appreciate the time and consideration that the doctor gave me during my visit.
I felt exteremly confident in the provider, he was compassionate and considerate, ataking into account the degree of my pain. He was aggresive into pursueing all options for treatment.
Dr. Ngo has a very good doc/pt manner
Dr Ngo - when in his office I feel I am the only patient on his mind at the time, undivided quality attention. He listens, really listens, and I trust him completely.
I felt very comfortable with this provider in spite of the fact that he was a fill-in for my primary care provider. He made sure I understood that she (primary care provider) would be the one to get all the information necessary and the scheduled appointment was made with her while I was there.
Dr. Ngo was extremely professional and direct. Very clear! Created confidence with his polite, direct manner.
Dr. NGO was very professional and helpful. I would trust him for future medical care for myself or family member. Dr. Ngo is a keeper and V/M needs to treat him well.
Dr. Ngo is so good with my elderly father. Patients of a saint!
Dr. NGO is AWESOME
Dr Ngo an excellent professional-I know he will be promoted soon!
Dr. Ngo was great. I would happily see him again
Dr. Ngo does not rush thru the appointment. He is caring and makes certain the patient understands the treatment recommendations and does not have unanswered questions.
Dr. Ngo is the most caring physician I have worked with.
I have had many Dr.´s over the years, but Dr. Ngo is the best, most caring Dr. I have had!
Dr. forgot to renew prescriptions (busy ans. questions) called to renew 2 wks later (my choice no prob).
Dr. Ngo knows best.
I feel compelled to to pay a special thank you to DR. Duc Ngo for his exceptional care and genuine caring, advice and thoroughness. His staff was exellent

dr. ngo what a wonderful doctor
Dr. Ngo is an excellent doctor. I would recommend him any time.
I am pleased to be a patient of Dr. Ngo!!
Dr. Ngo is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
Dr Ngo was great.
He spent max not more than 5 min. with me.
This is my first time seeing Dr. Ngo. My previous primary care provider left Virginia Mason. I found the level of care provided by Dr. Ngo at this visit to be exceptional and will continue with him as my primary care provider.
Dr. Ngu is brilliant and compassionate, I only wish he had more time to discuss my Thyroid in a bit more detail, but he was very informative with what time he did have.
Dr. Ngo definitely includes the patient in health decisions. I never feel rushed. He is generous with his time.
I don´t believe this is the right provider for me due to his type A personality. to chalky.
My regular primary care physician was out on maternity leave so I had to see this physician for my medication refill. I was quite impressed with Dr. Ngo. He was polite, great with holding a conversation, and answered my questions.
I am very pleased with the care I have received. Especially from Drs Hunter, Ngo, Robinson, PAC Walker and RD Lemire.
Very happy he is my primary.
Dr Ngo was extremely kind to me during my visit which was during a particularly difficult time as I was (and still am) dealing with grief. As you can imagine, it has only been at a higher level during the holiday season. It was comforting for me to have him extend what I felt was genuine concern for my situation. Believe he was concerned not only about my physical state but certainly my mental state since I was extremely emotional during our visit. Grief has a way of doing that to a person. He provided me with names and phone numbers of grief counselors he thought might be helpful - not pushy but just providing information for me to know what resources were out there for my use.
I would have liked to have a more in depth conversation related to when I can start weaning myself from the medication and what that process would look like. However, I could have driven that as well. Dr. Ngo has been outstanding every time I´ve seen him over the last couple of years and I have a lot of trust in his judgement and decisions.
Dr. Ngo is very knowledgeable and explains health information in easy to understand terms.
I also had a resident ARNP assisting in my visit. FANTASTIC! She was great, and I have great confidence in my regular provider. I am happy to be part of a teaching experience.
Dr. Ngo was very thorough, professional and has been very pro-active in my treatment.
There are not the words to show my gratitude and appreciation. My appointment was a medication review. However, I have been dealing with peripheral neuropathy for 2 years. Dr. Ngo has been there every step of the way. Nerve pain is difficult. After a diagnosis by the neurologist, I decided to forgo seeing the neurologist in lieu of Dr. Ngo. Someone needs to be the "quarterback" determining the direction. My confidence and trust is placed into the hands of Dr. Ngo. He and I have had straightforward talks about the future. I don´t want to take narcotics and he wholeheartedly agrees. Time will tell but he will be with me through the journey along with my husband..
Dr. Ngo is a great provider who listens and always involve me in the treatment plan.
I was very impressed with Dr. Ngo. I felt confident in the care he provided, I will see him again if circumstances dictate.
