Dr. Flores is wonderful. He took such amazing care of me, explaining his diagnosis, treatment and follow up. Even calling me after hours with results. He made a truly significant impact on my life. I´m really lucky to have him as my physician. He fixed me....what more can you ask of a doctor....and he was really kind.
Both the new intern resident & the oncologist displayed excellent communication skills.
Called after hours and rather than the "on-call" doctor, my Dr. Flores called personally. This is huge.
Dr. Flores asked my permission to have a medical student assist in my visit - I am all for learning and teaching so was pleased to contribute -
I was most impressed with Dr. Flores. He explained everything to me & myself. He answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood the situation.
Dr. Flores was attentive, informative and positive.
Dr. Flores is an excellent Physician. He gives me the impression that he is very knowledgable about my condition and is concerned about my welfare and overall well being. I could not be more satisfied with the treatment and advice he gives me.
Excellent care & experience.
Took plenty of time to talk and answer questions.
Was very thorough. Inspired confidence in his treatment plans.
