Dr. Chong was professional and pleasant, but our time was quite short because of the delay in the start of my appointment and my need to get on my way so I could make my flight. She made some additional recommendations to supplement some things that I was already doing to address some of my issues, but did not really get into follow-up protocols or timelines regarding the recommended treatments, other than to say that I could contact her through the patient portal.
Very happy with the treatment from the care provider
I recommended this care provider to my husband. She was friendly and courtesy. She even read my chart and called me by my preferred name written in my records! Totally impressed me!
Dr. Tracy Chong is awesome. She is very caring and very knowledgeable. I trust her advice very much
Dr. Chong has a great bedside manner, was very knowledgeable and did not rush through the appointment.
1st visit to provider - no new/unusual issues - visit went well - "getting acquainted but thorough!
I am SO GLAD I got a Survey - Tracie was SPECTACULAR - communicated to me right at my level of understanding - not too high - not too low. Showed care and concern for me. From a patient point of view an absolute Gem!
Dr. Chong was very kind and made me feel very comfortable
Dr. Chong listened to my concerns, validated my feelings and experience. She took time to look thoroughly and took time to solve the problem. She was kind and understanding!
Dr. Chong is a caring and very professional provider with a great manner, knowledgeable, helpful and engaged. Would highly recommend.
I´m not sure if this will be covered on the next page, but I received a follow-up call telling me that the two tissue samples had been biopsied and showed no sign of cancer. I very much appreciated the call and the information provided.
Dr. Chong showed her concern. I liked her VERY much.
Very timely response to messages I sent over my Virginia Mason web account. I really appreciate that service as I live in Eastern Washington.
It was my first visit with Dr. Chong, and I was very impressed with both her knowledge and her communication.
The appointment went smoothly. The Doctor was patient and gave answers to all the questions.
Dr. Chong is amazing. She is so caring, and clearly explains everything that is going on. She answers my stupid questions with ease, and never makes me feel like they are stupid!
Quick and to the point. Some questions that I might have asked but overlooked
Dr. Chong was clear, informative, and personable. Some of these points don´t apply.
all was good
Dr Chong was awesome! Caring and professional
The purpose of my apppointment was a regular scheduled followup complete body examination for any possible dermatology issues. After the long delay Dr Chong spent a maximum of 4 to 5 minutes doing this "complete body checkup". It felt so cursory that I was too surprised to register a comment.
Dr. Chong was great!
I liked her very much and would use her again - I did not like the previous dermatologist I saw, did not find her competent and am very pleased with Dr. Chong.
I didn´t feel much compassion from the doctor. I felt like I was going through a drive-thru doctor appointment. She seemed emotionless and not concerned about my overall wellbeing, which may have been contributing to my skin issues. I usually have good experiences with doctors at Virginia Mason. I don´t know if she was having a bad day or what was going on with her, but it was not a great experience.
Dr Chong is very good and very caring
Doctor was great in reviewing my situation and explaining my condition
#8. Provider couldn´t wait to get me out of office to get the next person in.
Came in for issue w/nail fungus & some questions re: skin issues. Ended up getting 2 biopsies (1-positive) & pre-cancerous areas burned.
From the moment she entered, I was impressed with her professional conduct and courtesy. She introduced herself, washed her hands and, without hesitation, offered her hand to shake mine. She questioned me for my opinion of the skin issues I had. She addressed all my issues and concerns and did not discount my opinions. She identified several areas of my skin requiring treatment then treated those areas. Afterward, she provided follow-up information for treatment of the wounds. She had a pleasant, low-key manner, which I found comforting. I will consider Ms. Chong to be my dermatologist in the future and look forward to seeing her in a year or sooner if necessary.
Knowledgeable. Friendly. Could tell she was new, with some people training to make her comfortable, she will be great.
Best dermatologist I´ve ever been to, made me feel like I was on a right track to treatment and I am!
Ms. Chong was a great help. Explained more than my surgeon and made a lot of sense!
