Dr. Grey is outstanding the one I have been looking for, very pleased
dr.Gray is wonderful
New Dr. for us. She´s a nice person but more of a go see someone else rather than finding a solution or even showing actual concern and follow-up - frustrating.
Dr. Gray is great - always answers questions, asks me questions and listens. She´s approachable, I feel like I´m getting great care!
I loved the fact that Helen suggested non-traditional alternatives for my skin condition. She recommended coconut oil for my eczema & a week later it is almost cleared up!
Very pleased with Dr. Gray- have recommended her to friends who now see her as well. I´m very happy with her care, she´s always friendly, upbeat, comforting, great doctor!
Dr Grey was great. I had a bad sinus infection for 2 1/2 weeks that wasn´t relieved by OTC meds. She prescribed an antibiotic that cleared it up within 2 days. Of course, I will finish the prescription but I feel a lot better right now!
Dr. Gray listened to my concerns and provided good advice. Dr. Helen Gray is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend her to anyone I know.
Dr. Gray and Chris Shaw were amazing!
she was very nice and I liked her "bed-side" manner.
Felt slightly condescended to with the level of detail on taking care of respiratory issues. But I hadn´t been taking care of myself well so shrug
Dr. Grey was new to me and I really liked her and her approach to medicine! She was real and very friendly!
Dr. Gray was so so so great. She made me feel like she understood which was refreshing b/c I haven´t felt like a doctor truly has understood anything for awhile. She was good at communicating and I feel like I really trust her with my care and her opinions!
She did not listen to my health questions, had her agenda & not mine. I changed doctor. I still need to see a doctor.
Dr. Gray was great, explaining the med´s prescribed for my condition.
The doctor was very good and pleasant
Dr. Grey is new to me and it is never easy to begin a new relationship. She did a wonderful job of making me comfortable and at ease.
It was my first doctor visit for many many years and Dr. Gray made it a very easy, professional experience.
Unfortunately I had to change providers since Dr. DiAngi had health issues. She has been my doctor for many years and I was very upset to hear that she was leaving Virginia Mason, but for very good reasons. She recommended Dr. Grey and I was very pleasantly surprised by her. She is serious when needs to be and has a good sense of humor when appropriate (that fits my personality greatly).
I´m recovering from ovarian cancer. The pelvic exam was normal so I was relieved with result. Also she was truly happy with my weight loss. She said we will probably take less medicine in the future.
All good! Recommended a friend to Dr. Diangi and Dr. Gray she was happy with them. I was very happy with my hip surgery Dr. Clabeaux.
I think I have met Dr. Gray twice. Dr. Gray has given explanatios that are clear and concise on both occasions and I would certainly recommend her to anyone I may refer to Virginia Mason.
i wanted to get in quickly because I had found a bump on my neck and was worried. Dr Grey was awesome, she listened to me and had a great sense of humor. she made it really clear under what circumstances I should come back too. if I know anyone looking for a primary care doctor I will 100% recommend her! (my regular GP is Dr Morrison)
I was impressed that Dr. Gray had read my file and was familiar with my health history prior to my visit. This was my first appointment with her and it saved a lot of time.
Dr. Gray listened to my concerns and medical history and took this into account in recommending treatment for my cold/sinus infection. She explained to me why she made the decision and was great to answer any additional questions I had.
This was my first visit with Dr. Gray. It was an annual physical and I really didn´t have much in the way of concerns or questions. She was very friendly and thorough. We went over my history, discussed upcoming tests that were due and I feel that she will be a good partner in overseeing my health care in the future.
As a new patient, I appreciated the time my doctor took to get to know me and help me with my issue.
When I asked about a follow-up issue that wasn´t the same as the primary reason for the visit Helen made it evident that she did not like being asked about something other than what was scheduled. I asked about the look she was giving and she confirmed she didn´t want to get behind her schedule. It turned out that the issues I brought up might be related. She was late to my appointment so this seemed an unfair response and unusual from my normal experience with VM. It hardly took any extra time to respond to my questions and I left feeling rushed and a bit upset with the experience.
I was there for annual exam but had other questions. I felt rushed through the visit and didn´t have my questions answered satisfactorily. She seemed to dismiss my complaints.
Answered questions great!
After I left, I still had concerns with my reason for the visit so have made another appointment with another Dr. in two weeks.
I didn´t (feel) that Dr. Gray was there for me. She seemed pre-occupied. I was there for an annaul exam (DIABETES & SKIN CANCER HX) she didn´t do - a DM CHECK or SKIN CHECK.
Dr. Gray was fantastic! I thought the world of Dr. Diangi and was skeptical that I would be as impressed with another doctor. But WRONG! Dr. Gray was just right! Friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, confident....I felt I was in good hands. So glad I have found another great doctor.
Dr. Gray is the first new physician I´ve had in 26 years. I´m glad that she was recommended to me.
The conversation was complete, succinct, and explanatory. She described the reasons behind her approach to my physical and her reasoning behind conducting specific testing.
she was great. I am a first time patient and she was concerned and helpful. I was very impressed.
I felt comfortable with her and it felt like she listened to me.
Dr Gray is new to me with Dr. Diangi leaving her practice. I thought Dr. Gray was very knowledgeable and friendly...it was a very comfortable transition
Best young dr. I have met in years.
The doctor was professional and friendly.
I was sad to not be able to see Dr Diangi again but I really also like Dr Gray. I have already recommended her to a friend
It was a good experience , however this is a new DR. to me and I don´t feel like I know her well enough , or her me to answer the last few questions.
I am new to the doctor and she was fabulous! made me feel very comfortable and listened and gave food advice and feedback.
This was the first time I saw this care provider due to Dr DiAngie´s retirement. While this care provider was nice, I feel I need someone more experienced and able to relate to me better.
I´m really happy with Dr. Gray.
She was delightful, helpful, and listened to all my concerns.
Friendly provider but seemed very busy. She spent 10-15 min. to correct all the wrong med history in my chart.
The only thing I would suggest is that Dr. Gray have more info about how diet could be used to improve the health situation, if indeed it could.
Dr. Gray was wonderful! Patient, calm, and understanding.
Recommend to everyone I know!
It was the worst healthcare provider I have ever experienced. I will never go back to her.
