i forgot to ask her something and I came back an hour later, unscheduled. she came right out to the lobby to see me. (we just stood separately from others, and she answered my question.
Ms. Adeeb was very helpful and practical. She ran through the main options for what the source of the problem might be - and prescribed a solution that seems to be working.
When the appointment was made for me over the phone, I thought I was seeing a doctor but found out it was a nurse practitioner instead. The care provider did everything in a rote manner. I felt like I had to take the initiative in asking a lot of questions to get answers. She did call and get me scheduled that same day for a heart monitor, which I appreciated. I did have to request it though, otherwise I don´t think it would have happened and I would have had to make a return trip.
very good experience overall with a new covering Provider
Very good experience for a simple cold that wouldn´t go away. I have concerns because I am breastfeeding and Ream did a great job of making sure we had the right solutions.
I could no have ask for better care.
Care provider was excellent.
Ream is wonderful!
Ms. Adeeb was very professional, kind and courteous. She was attentive and answered my questions thoroughly and clearly. I would highly recommend her to others.
I cannot say how grateful I am for NP Adeeb´s professionalism, prompt, and compassionate care. It was a personal and scary situation for me so not knowing her from any other interactions was of concern. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me in my time of desperate need.
Dr. Adeep was amazing 10/10. Her attention to detail and genuine care were exceptional.
Ream was an awesome provider and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I did request a medication that she had not heard of, however, she offered to speak with a colleague that works in the area (preventative medicine) in order to gain more information and follow up with me. I felt respected and like I had autonomy over my experience. It was my first time at Virginia Mason and I feel relieved that its so close to home and I can use them as a primary care/urgent care source.
I was in with an ongoing cough and Dr Adeeb was patient and thoughtful with her diagnosis and recommendation for multiple approaches. She gave me options on prescriptions and explained all my her suggestions. I was incredibly impressed with her approach and how much she conveyed her concern for my health.
I called on Sat and Ream returned my call quickly and offered new recommended meds she phoned in.
Very nice, caring and interested. Not very knowledgable yet but will get better with time. Great "bedside manner" and smart so she´ll get there.
Wrote prescription for 1 dose of cough medicine which caused a delay at pharmacy and had I missed the clinic hours I would not have been able to fill the prescription.
