Dr. May is very helpful.
This was my first appointment with Dr May. She did a very good job understand my symptoms and explaining that my condition was not serious. I was recommended her to other family members
Great experience with an amazing, personable physician
not my regular doctor but very professional.
I like Dr. May. She is not in a hurry to leave and is willing to help.
Her handoff wasn´t the best. She didn´t say it was nice to meet you or have a good day or anything, so I was confused about whether I was supposed to come back to her.
Dr. Norsen (Bellevue Clinic) is top-of-the-line - hope he is always there for me. Dr. Sara May (Issaquah Clinic) was genial, competent, caring, knowledgeable and I hope to utilized her in future for further DOT physical(s).
Dr. May is genuinely concerned and she is organized and calm so glad I found her!!
Dr. May seemed very competent and compassionate.
Dr. Sara May is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I appreciated getting an explanation of the various possible problems I might be experiencing and the options to further investigate and address the underlying cause. Thank you!
This was my first appointment with Dr. May. She was very professional. She took some time to get to know me personally! We spoke about my medical history. I was very pleased and will continue to see her as my PCP as I had to change due to insurance issues.
Dr. May called me the next day to see how I was doing
Dr May listened to my concerns and and current life stresses. I didn´t feel like she was in a hurry. She is easy to talk with.
Dr. May is great about answering all of my questions and never making me feel rushed.
first time seeing Dr May and she was pleasant and spent time listening to my medical concerns
Very professional, AND caring.
Dr. May actually read my intake paperwork and medical history. A rare thing.
My first meeting with Dr May and I was very impressed with her professionalism.
The doctor that I met with was good but lacked some confidence in overall exam approach. Her overall review of my symptoms, exam and presentation of treatment options was adequate. She just needs to portray a bit more confidence.
Very practical advice for a simple visit.
Very kind and helpful, displayed enough concern without causing worry or fear. Easy to communicate with and excellent efficiency with communication of lab results and personal touch with direct phone communication.
Dr. May listened to what I had to say and did her very best to get the tests I requested. She also was patient and thorough.
This was the first time I´d seen Dr. May as I opted to take the first available appointment with any care provider. I greatly appreciated her patience and care, she was thorough, informative, genuine and helpful.
Dr. May, thank you for seeing me on short notice. I´m glad you had an open appointment. I really wanted to make sure there weren´t any signs of infection.
Dr. May was professional, clinical, well spoken, and well reasoned, but not particularly warm, caring, or empathetic. I appreciated her professionalism.
Dr. May spent all the time necessary and e=dealt with all my questions and concerns.
I have already sent Dr. May several patients and they have been very happy.
Dr. May was nice enough, but I can´t quite pinpoint her approach to care so maybe our perspectives/expectations didn´t mesh well. I felt...incomplete, like she was looking for me to tell her what to tell me. She endured through all my backlogged concerns, but when it came test results and how to manage care going forward, I had to seek more information. It was almost literally [despite the pain you´re experiencing, nothing is wrong. Full stop.] Once I challenged the initial response, I was provided more clarity.
For a first time visit the dr. was great.
Dr. May understands that "people wish to know how much you care, before they care how much you know." Dr. May has a strong command of internal medicine and the unique ability to explain complex medical language in a manner that anyone can understand.
Visit was too short for true assessment but I felt she was competent & sharp.
Not sure if it is a personality issue with myself and this Dr. but this is the second time I have seen her and once again left feeling like my health concerns were dismissed from the onset. She is very young and maybe lack of life experience or maybe she isn´t listening and has already formed her opinion? Can´t really figure it out but will not be seeing her anymore. Felt like a waste of my time.
I am very pleased to have Dr. May as my PCP. She takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns as well as discuss those with you. I would highly recommend Dr. May!
Dr. May appears kind and caring. I have only seen her for very routine things however so I am cannot speak to her clinical skills - at least my perception.
Dr. May is a wonderful doctor. I´m very glad to have found her and would love to keep her as my Doctor.
Dr. May is a great doctor and after our first visit, I wanted to make her my primary care physician.
To be fair, I think Dr May is young and not having much experience with 70 year-olds´ questions, it is understandable that I felt a bit uneasy. I had lots of questions and she answered them just fine. I would have liked her to ask some of me. She was very pleasant.
Dr. May has a great personality. She is very relatable and made me feel comfortable about the condition I came in for.
This visit was a good one but the ones in the past she seemed unsure of herself and that makes me nervous.
Turned out to be a kidney stone!!!!! Love seeing you Dr May!
I like Dr. May, my only hesitancy is that she is so young, and I feel experience counts for a lot. I have seen her twice and she did an excellent job. I felt like she was thorough with the tests she ordered and she listened to my concerns and asked good questions.
Made me feel very comfortable.
Dr. May satisfied all that was ask of her. I would use her as my dr. if my other provider was unable to see me. I did return to my regular physician for that reason he´s been my dr. for a few years.
A very good experience.
