Together in Our Grief | Navigating Strategies to Address Grief After the Loss of a Loved One

Saturday, April 24, 9-10:30 a.m., PACIFIC TIME

For a global audience via Zoom, FREE to join for all (participation limited to the first 100 attendees)

Loss and subsequent grief can strike at any time, not pausing to allow those who experience it to catch their breath and recover before a new trauma is experienced. This is especially true during an extended pandemic. People turn to many different things to cope with their grief, learning along the way what works and what doesn’t. Hearing how others navigate their grief can reveal possibilities and bring comfort.

Join our panel discussion to hear what some people bereaved by a sudden, traumatic death have turned to manage their personal work around their grief.

The panel will share what worked and what did not, including the push back received by loved ones for the strategies they have tried. The panel will also share thoughts on how things changed over time and the fears and concerns they had along the way. Listen in on the tools, tips, and approaches the panel has used for self-care, and take away any useful ideas for your own journey.

A moderator will be on hand to take questions and comments from the audience. All are welcome. Due to limited webinar capacity, prior to registering, please ensure your commitment to attending as your registration may preclude others from joining.
