On Patients
“I enjoy the dynamic team created between the speech-language pathologist and the patient. We work together to identify the patient’s needs and individualize the patient’s treatment plan. It is an honor to help patients get better, as well as to learn from them.”

On Specialty
“The larynx has three vital functions: breathing, swallowing and voicing. I am passionate about these functions because the first two are vital for living and the third is vital for communication. It is a pleasure to be able to teach and guide patients in making improvements. In addition, as a singer myself, I truly enjoy working with the voice as a refined instrument, as well as an instrument of basic communication.”
