June 2017
has neck pains and at no point touched my neck. had physical pain on the neck, ,called it hupertension without and concern or follow up sent me away. he ruined my experience with this hospital

June 2017
I had gone in for questions about my nose but he focused on my sinuses (another issue). I take some responsibility in not being more direct & explaining my expectations but I tried twice & left feeling I hadn´t been heard. He handled my sinus issues well.

May 2017
My 6 yr old has been seeing Dr. Deschenes for a while now. He always is happy to be there. He is so great at making my son feel comfortable. He spends time talking to my son and is never in a rush. We have loved working with him.

March 2017
I felt a little dismissed or like Dr. Deschenes was peeved I was seeking a second opinion about meniere´s. Or like i was wasting his time, perhaps? He did take the time to explain other options and why I was a long ways away from needing any other treatments. I know Meniere´s is an elusive disorder with few treatments but a little more empathy or understanding would have gone a long way.

February 2017
The Dr has been good every time I have been to see him.

December 2016
Pleasant bedside quote a phrase!

September 2016
Very friendly and personable. I like this specialist and his manner very much. Sometimes the specialists are do not seem to have good people skills for office appointments.

September 2016
Dr.Deschenes has an excellent sense of humor - I bet he has a great bedside manner.

August 2016
Dr. Deschenes was awesome at listening to my reason for visiting, explaining what the steps he was going to take were, answering questions I had and giving me a level of confidence of the ´next steps´ were solid ones.

July 2016
Had never met this doctor before but he was excellent.

July 2016
my condition is improving as the doctor expected. this was a second opinion that resulted in a different diagnosis from the first opinion.

December 2015
Kind of felt like this doctor treated me like his hypochondriac grandmother and sort of got the bum´s rush.

December 2015
Has always been very good service.

December 2015
very nice doctor.

December 2015
I really like & trust Dr. Deschenes & feel I´m in good hands.

November 2015
Dr. Deschenes is really easy to talk to and always takes more time with me than I expect. He discourages unnecessary procedures, or procedures that the gain will not be overly noticeable and instead wants to focus on low impact methods to obtain maximum gain. He is one of the best doctors i have been to in my life.

November 2015
The provider did a lot of talking after examining my ears, nose and throat. He did not ask many questions about my symptoms or concerns and when I tried to ask clarifying questions, I did not get satisfactory answers.

October 2015
did not condescend
