provider answered all my questions, even at the end of my visit, and I didn´t feel rushed

October 2016
RS-- I was told this doctor is an excellent surgeon. He has a very poor shall I say, bedside manner. Showed me a model of the knee so quickly, and with such boredom on his part, what I remember how bored he seemed beginning this speech again. I remember little or nothing about the knee. There were questions left unanswered, "what do I do with my torn meniscus? He went over verbally about medication and left me with verbal instructions to come back later, depending on how the knee felt. i kind of felt like I was a great disappointment to him because I was not wanting a new knee. I never received any post exam instructions on paper regarding medication, treatments, or care. I thought that unusual; as I always get something like that when I visit my usual provider the POLY CLINIC. RS
