Physician was very good - informative thorough, and offered alternatives. PA was extremely helpful, including help with scheduling.
We love Dr. Bayles & all his staff!
Excellent, very knowledgeable.
I have already recommended Virginia Mason to friends of mine.
Very personable & efficient.
Dr. Bayles is the best.
Great guy - best one I´ve seen for this issue!!
Stephen Bayles ROCKS!!!
This was a check up - Dr. Bayles & all in his office are great!
Explains everything in layman´s terms -
I was treated like I was important and would do everything to help me through my health problem 100%. Dr. will follow up and _____ me on call!
Is very good about answering questions, even when I have more then a few. He also has a sense of humor which is great.
He was very nice & explained everything & answered our questions.
I trust Dr. Bayles and the concern & care I receive. I would recommend him to anyone. As a Group Health patient I have been fighting to stay with him & will leave them next year to keep him. I have appealed the GH decision & am allowed to continue this year.
Dr. Bayles has extended my husband´s life to the utmost degree with his chief (Dr. Glenn) for the last decade! #7. Dr. Bayles is extremely knowledgeable, skillful.
Dr. Bayles is great.
Dr. Bayles & his staff are the best!
Think very highly of Dr. Bayles. Very skilled dr.
This is why I came to VM !!
I just want to say that I was so scared about the thyroid tumor that I had and Dr. Bayles was so good explaining to my boyfriend and me about the surgery that I need, and looked so confident on what he will do and did a great job, and my recovery has being good and just like dr Bayles said.
From the start, Dr. Bayles has made me feel as if I were not just another patient, but as if I were the only patient he had for that day. I have never felt rushed.
Have already explained best experience possible, not with standing the operation.
Care provider not especially affable, but efficient.
It was a good experience, he explained the condition of my throat to me, and told me some ways to avoid it getting stuck, by eating slower and maybe dumping the capsule vitamins out in water, to not get them stuck.
Dr Bayles took his time with me, answered my questions, and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of my case history.
Was kind & caring.
Very professional group.
