Dr. Lin is always comforting and very down to earth - explains medical terms and is direct & clear about options.

May 2016
Dr. Lin makes an extra effort to know and related to my busy lifestyle to understand how it may affect my medical condition. I appreciate him checking on my emotional well being while staying on top of my labs & radiology results to determined the optimum course of cation to follow my medical condition.

Dr Otto Lin was excellent and I did not feel rushed in any way.

November 2015
Dr. Lin & his staff did a very good job, professional & warm hearted.

November 2015
Dr. Lin was personable enough, but seemed wholly unfamiliar with my medical history. Because my condition has a long history (i.e., chronic), I would have liked him to be. I´ve found this often the case at Virginia Mason. Docs seem to come in unprepared.

October 2015
My first visit to this care provider and it was a good experience.
