March 2017
my care provider was very gracious and knowledgeable about my condition. she walked me through my diagnosis and explained it in a way that was easy for me to understand and feel comfortable asking questions

Dr Popko is the best primary care provider me and my wife have ever been too. She is empathetic, logical and communicates at a level that we can understand.

February 2017
Dr. Popko was friendly and expressed concern. You can see she is a good doctor and kind human being. However, I was disappointing that she had a subtle judgmental tone regarding some of the meds. She could have investigated why I am making the choices I am making instead of judging that I should make a different choice. She offered alternative but did not explore much about my discomfort with the alternatives. She could have made more questions trying to know who I am, what was I seeking from her and what I needed. Her attitude is generally nice and I appreciate her calm demeanor, but it feels almost as if I am not there as a total human being and as if she is only interested in my symptoms and prescribing what is ´right´ according to guidelines. Did not feel she was work with me as a partner in wellness but rather feeling uncomfortable about my choices and avoiding having a conversation that could have helped me and her feel at peace with the choices.

Wonderful experience. I had to change providers because of my new insurance, and VM happened to be the clinic I ended up going to without knowing anything about it, but I feel so blessed that I did because this is a wonderful place with caring staff and a convenient office space. I like that the lab and everything is on one floor and very close by.
