SEATTLE – (Oct. 30, 2017) – Virginia Mason will sponsor free health talks about bladder and bowel-control issues, titled “Dealing with a Pelvic Health Problem? You Are Not Alone,” on Wednesday, Nov. 8, in Federal Way, and Thursday, Nov. 9, in Seattle.

The Nov. 8 presentation begins at 5 p.m. at the Virginia Mason Federal Way Medical Center, 33501 First Way South. Speakers include Kathleen Kobashi, MD; Una Lee, MD; Alvaro Lucioni, MD; and Diana McFarlane, PA-C.

The Nov. 9 event starts at 5 p.m. in the Volney Richmond Auditorium at Virginia Mason Lindeman Pavilion, 1201 Terry Ave., Seattle. Presenters will be Drs. Kobashi, Lee and Lucioni; Susan McCormick, MD; and Lesley Weinberg, PT.

Topics to be discussed by these experts include managing overactive bladder and urinary incontinence; preventing and treating pelvic organ prolapse; and treatment options for various bowel conditions.
