New Ambulatory Surgery Center

The new Bellevue Medical Center will operate alongside a state-of-the-art, 12,500 square-foot Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with three operating rooms and two procedure rooms. This will allow us to do more procedures on an outpatient basis, which will make it easier for patients to get all their care under one roof.

Patients, nurses and doctors worked with architects to design this surgery center, with the goal of making it as patient-friendly as possible. The result is an innovative facility where providers can easily work together to meet each patient’s needs. For example, we created a mobility training room, where providers help patients practice routine movements — such as getting in and out of a car or shower — that can be tricky after surgery.

Procedures and services will include:

  • General Surgery, including breast, colorectal and vascular surgery
  • Gastroenterology procedures
  • Gynecology procedures
  • Hand Surgery
  • Interventional Pain procedures
  • Orthopedic Surgery
  • Otolaryngology
  • Plastic Surgery
  • Podiatry
  • Urology, including urogynecology
