Overall Patient Rating - June 2021
Dr. Candelario listens intently and patiently. He makes each child feel like the most important person on earth and validates each concern expressed by a child in a way that will forever be empowering. He is wonderfully feminist which is inspirational to myself and my girls. His explanations, in response to our questions or concerns, perfectly balance science and compassion. We love him beyond end.
Overall Patient Rating - June 2021
Dr. Candelario has been a wonderful pediatrician to both of my kids since they were born. He's thoughtful, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. He puts out who's family at ease, is always responsive when we message or call, and is able to counsel us on a range of topics, even when they are unexpected. He speaks to both of my kids at an age appropriate level, and remembers them from visit to visit and helps them feel at ease.
Overall Patient Rating - May 2021
As always, Dr. Candelario showed genuine care for my child and our entire family. He listened to our concerns very attentively, addressed each of them in a detail, and provided concrete options and recommendations for the next steps. We truly appreciate his professionalism, expertise, and friendly manner.
Overall Patient Rating - May 2021
Dr Candelario not only has an excellent bedside manner with my daughter - he has adapted how he speaks with her throughout her stages of development and really shows care and concern with her directly. He asks her if she has any questions about her body or health, not just speaking to us. When he does speak with us, he is patient and clear - he always takes the time to answer questions and give context. We moved to the eastside, but will not be changing her primary care provider as we feel she is in the best hands. Absolutely love love him and cannot say enough good things.
Overall Patient Rating - April 2021
We cannot imagine that there is a better pediatrician anywhere than Dr. Candelario. Good combination of expertise, genuine care, and diligence should be a model for all doctors. Virginia Mason, and we, are lucky to be associated with him.
